Isos Technology is seeking an energized professional to support multiple clients in using Atlassian tools to boost productivity and success. You will administer Atlassian products, provide on-call support, and contribute to process improvements while assisting sales teams with renewals and strategy sessions.

The role emphasizes obtaining Atlassian certifications, creating marketing content, and delivering exceptional client service as part of Isos Technology's collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a client service or help desk role.
• Experience as a Jira administrator preferred.
• Excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Administer Atlassian products and assist clients with implementation to support business processes.
• Provide scheduled on-call support during off hours and respond to outages to meet SLAs.
• Participate in process improvements to deliver services and solutions and improve client satisfaction.
• Acquire Atlassian certifications by passing two Atlassian Certified Professional exams and maintain them with Pro Skills badges.
• Support the Sales team with proposals, renewals, and quarterly client reviews.
• Create informative marketing content related to the Atlassian ecosystem (blogs, white papers).

Isos Technology is looking for an energetic and personable professional to join our team. The right candidate will be:

In this position you will provide hands‑on support and guidance to multiple clients on their use of the Atlassian tools so they can be more productive and successful.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Atlassian products and assist clients with implementation to support their business processes
• Provide scheduled on-call support during off hours and respond to service outage incidents to meet contracted SLAs
• Participate in process improvement efforts across the team and organization to identify, develop, and deliver services and solutions leading to improved client satisfaction
• Acquire Atlassian certification by passing two Atlassian Certified Professional exams and maintain them by achieving additional Atlassian Pro Skills badges
• Provide support to the Sales team for proposals, renewals, and quarterly client business reviews with clients
• Contribute informative and engaging original marketing content related to the Atlassian ecosystem in the form of quarterly blog posts, white papers, and other materials as requested

Requirements

Experience

• 1+ years experience in a client service or help deskrole
• Experience as a Jira administrator preferred

This position is primarily a work from home position and we consider applicants throughout the United States. We support pay transparency and the On-Target Earnings (OTE - which includes base salary, bonus, and other incentives) range for this position is between $80,000-$95,000 combined plus a suite of employee benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with an employer contribution. Actual compensation can vary based on qualifications, experience, additional incentive opportunities, and geographic pay differentials.
