Job summary

Request Technology, LLC is seeking an IT professional to provide technical leadership for planning, designing, installing, testing, and implementing solutions in a regulated financial services environment.

You will bring expertise in Atlassian Confluence/Jira and SDLC tooling, with hands-on experience in SQL, Python, and automation. The role is based in Chicago with a hybrid work setup and opportunity to influence enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working experience in IT.
• Experience implementing Atlassian products.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or DevOps methodologies.
• Experience working in Financial Services or regulated environment.
• Experience working with SharePoint.
• Experience with SQL, Python, PowerShell, or other scripting languages
• Experience or knowledge of SDLC pipeline tools such as Git, Jenkins, SonarQube or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for planning, designing, installing, testing, and implementing solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise on the SDLC platforms we maintain (Confluence, Jira, SpiraTest).
• Implement Atlassian plugins and support integration with other enterprise software.
• Ensure best practice adherence for core system development, security, tuning and performance.
• Support Knowledge Management (KM) program strategy, transformation, and technical implementation.
• Create knowledge documentation related to requirements and solution design.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions for administration and self-service. Develop a train the trainer model for support and administration.
• Own overall solution implementation and work with the team to ensure quality solutions that provide delightful experiences.
• Ensure systems and process compliance to regulatory and organizational requirements.

Salary: $115k-$135k + bonus

Location: Chicago, IL

Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
