Responsibilities

  • Outreach, check-ins, and support for postdocs, residents, fellows, and junior faculty.
  • Navigate resources and provide education on available services and supports.
  • Collaborate with Wellness Leadership to improve wellbeing and residency experiences.
  • Respond to concerns from postgraduate programs and provide follow-up and recommendations.
  • Support data-driven initiatives to enhance learner wellbeing and training culture.
  • Advocate for learner wellbeing and partner with departments to improve access to resources.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
