Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of related experience required.
  • Currently licensed as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide wellbeing support and transitions guidance to postdocs, residents, fellows, and junior faculty.
  • Coordinate with program leaders to develop wellbeing strategies.
  • Publicize ATLAS resources and conduct outreach during orientation.
  • Offer crisis intervention and follow-up support.
  • Collaborate with Wellness Office leadership on service development.
  • Document follow-ups and track progress with program leadership.
