• Knowledge of PBIS and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and school teams.
• Bachelor's degree in education or related discipline preferred.
• A commitment to growth and experience in behavioral programming within a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct, adjust or develop elements of student instructional and behavioral plans.
• Foster independence so students can participate in activities.
• Collect, maintain, and interpret data.
• Assist students as required, including restrictive behavior interventions per protocols.
• Integrate instructional, behavioral and communication interventions into the classroom.
• Participate in student team meetings with staff.
• Support students on the bus or personal care as needed.
