Champlain Valley School District in Vermont seeks a full-time Behavior Interventionist for the ATLAS Intensive Support Team for the 2026-2027 school year. The role provides 1:1 behavioral support, data collection, and collaboration with staff to implement integrated instructional and behavioral plans.
The ideal candidate has PBIS and ABA knowledge, strong communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in education or related field.

The Champlain Valley School District (CVSD) seeks a full-time, energetic professional to join our district-wide Intensive Support Team (ATLAS) as a Behavior Interventionist for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a one-year, benefits eligible position in order to cover two leaves. Coverage for the first leave runs from September 2026 to December 2026. Coverage for the second leave runs from December 2026 to June 2027. Training will begin in August.
ATLAS is a specialized program serving students with significant social-emotional and behavioral needs. We are looking to add a member to our cohort of highly skilled, caring individuals with specific knowledge and expertise in the area of social-emotional learning & behavior.
The ATLAS Behavior Interventionist will provide 1:1 behavioral support and programming for individual and/or small groups of students with significant needs (including students with severe emotional disabilities). As a member of ATLAS, you will have access to high quality professional learning opportunities through a week-long summer institute and weekly program meetings throughout the school year.
