Vets Securing America is seeking an experienced Security Account Manager to oversee daily security operations across client locations in the Atlanta area. This leadership role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensures exceptional service delivery, and leads a team of security professionals.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage client accounts and security operations.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train security officers.
• Develop staffing schedules to ensure full post coverage.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients and leadership.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and corrective action.
• Maintain payroll records and incident reports.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
• Oversee budgeting of labor costs and overtime.
