Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Area Business Analyst in Atlanta, GA to ensure regional processes are standardized and effectively executed. You will serve as the primary liaison for management, staff, and external customers on Operations system issues and new rollouts.

You will support the Regional President with calendar management, travel planning, and compliance. Strong MS Excel/PowerPoint skills and CRM experience are required to drive process improvement and regional reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and 5 years related experience in executive/office management or equivalent.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint, with the ability to build, modify and manipulate complex spreadsheets and databases.
• Experience with a customer relationship management tool is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Function as the primary contact for management, end-users and programming staff on issues related to the Operations system and new system roll-outs across branches.
• Provide executive support to the Regional President, including calendar management, expense reports, travel plans, itineraries and presentation preparation.
• Serve as escalation point for branches on processes and procedures and provide guidance as needed.
• Train and develop Branch Admin Staff and new employees.
• Create and maintain business process documents and best practices.
