World Market is seeking a District Manager to lead 10–16 stores and Store Managers, driving a Customer First experience, operational excellence, and profitable growth. You will build a high‑performing team, align with KPIs, and report to the Regional Director.

You’ll attract and develop talent, communicate goals, foster an inclusive culture, monitor performance, and share regional opportunities with partners. Based in the Atlanta market, travel up to 75% is required.

• Identify trends and share opportunities with partners.
• Maintain store visits focused on Customer First behaviors.
