Qualifications

• 3+ years leading multi-unit retail or food-service operations.
• Proven track record of developing leaders and teams.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
• Experience managing sales, labor, and operations metrics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
