Job summary

Arby's, Inc. is seeking a Senior District Manager for the Atlanta market. You will lead and develop District Managers across multiple restaurants, driving sales, profits, and operational excellence while aligning with the market's annual plan.

You will build leadership depth, ensure compliance with Arby's standards, and partner with the Regional VP of Operations to execute strategic initiatives across the market.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of restaurant management experience, including at least 4 years as a District Manager overseeing multiple restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Build a culture of People First across the Atlanta market by coaching District Managers.
• Drive sales and profit performance through market calendar and regular restaurant visits.
• Increase sales by coaching GM teams on food safety, quality, service, and brand audits.
• Ensure proper staffing and build a robust talent bench for future growth.
• Own attainment of the market's Annual Operating Plan via monthly reviews and KPI analysis.
• Develop Training Restaurants and ensure LEAD training integrity across the market.
