Job summary

Arby's, Inc. is seeking a Senior District Manager to lead and develop a team of District Managers across the Atlanta market. You will drive sales, profit, and operational excellence while ensuring adherence to Arby’s Standards and market operating plans.

You will collaborate with the Regional VP of Operations and own talent development, succession planning, and performance management for 4–6 districts. A strong focus on food safety, service quality, and brand execution is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of restaurant management experience, including multi-district leadership.
• Preferred: proven experience leading multiple District Managers within a multi-district structure.
• Experience with Arby's brand or comparable QSR concept preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of District Managers across 4–6 districts.
• Drive sales, profit, and operational excellence in the Atlanta market.
• Coach District Managers on people, operations, and food safety standards.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, and succession planning for leadership roles.
• Review performance, salaries, and annual operating plan with the VP of Operations.
• Ensure training programs and LEAD certification are implemented market-wide.
