Arby's, Inc. in the Atlanta market is seeking a Senior District Manager to lead a team of District Managers, driving sales, profit, and operational excellence for the restaurant portfolio within the market.

Formación

• Minimum 8+ years in restaurant management, including 4+ years as a District Manager.
• Preferred experience leading multiple DMs within a multi-district structure.
• Experience with Arby's or a comparable QSR brand is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of District Managers across the Atlanta market.
• Drive sales and profit performance with market calendars and visits.
• Coach DM teams on food safety, service quality, and audits.
• Staff markets with high-quality teams and recruit for vacancies.
• Own attainment of the market's Annual Operating Plan and monitor KPIs.
• Develop training restaurants and oversee talent pipelines.
• Review DM performance and adjust salaries as needed.
• Communicate plans and actions to the Regional VP of Operations.
• Provide situational leadership to motivate and align with objectives.
• Ensure marketing plans, materials, and training are executed on time.
