Qualifications

• 8+ years of restaurant management experience with multi-unit responsibilities.
• Experience leading multiple District Managers within a multi-district structure.
• Prior Arby's brand or comparable QSR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership bench across the market and succession planning.
• Drive sales, profit, and operational excellence across districts.
• Coach District Managers on food safety, quality, service speed, and audits.
• Staff recruitment and retention across the Atlanta market.
• Analyze P&L, scorecards, and KPIs; conduct monthly business reviews.
