Job summary

CBRE Mobile Maintenance Technician in the Atlanta market serves as the on-site facility expert for retail properties along the Sandy Springs, Marietta, and Roswell corridor. This role focuses on proactive maintenance and rapid repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general trades.

You will manage work orders, monitor building systems for energy efficiency, ensure code compliance, and communicate with clients and teammates while operating a company vehicle across North Atlanta.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs or ladders, and lift 50 lbs or more.
• Basic math to manage percentages, discounts, and material markups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple devices; ServiceChannel experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset to identify maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on mechanical, plumbing, and control systems to maintain site operations and safety standards.
• Manage work orders independently, providing accurate time estimates and material requirements.
• Monitor and optimize building systems to support energy management and cost efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal building codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, property managers, and teammates.
• Navigate traffic and regional geography while operating company vehicles.
• Follow procedures and workflows to solve maintenance challenges and ensure high-quality output on service calls.
