Job summary

Fisher Phillips in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst to bridge business and IT, translating needs into actionable solutions. You will work with stakeholders across the firm to drive data, systems, and process improvements while supporting AI and automation initiatives.

You will collaborate with Legal and Administrative teams, document requirements, and help advance PMO practices, ensuring effective handoffs and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a business analyst, IT operations, technology enablement, or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business and technology outcomes.
• Experience supporting or managing technology projects involving multiple stakeholders, priorities, and dependencies.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications, data workflows, and best practices for system and process documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with legal and administrative departments to identify technology needs and goals.
• Create and maintain project documentation for major initiatives, including project charters, business and functional requirements, change logs, process documentation, and related materials.
• Plan and track assigned projects, including goals, timelines, resources, assignments, dependencies, risks, and status.
• Coordinate vendor resources when external partners are involved in project activities.
• Support the continued development of PMO practices and help ensure established project management standards and best practices are followed.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and the Business Process Optimization Specialist to identify opportunities for workflow enhancements or system automation.
• Support the evaluation of new tools, services, or integrations that may improve user experience, data quality, or operational efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison between departments and the AI and IT teams to help prioritize solutions and align efforts with firm objectives.
• Contribute to the firm’s data inventory by identifying data sources, owners, and system dependencies.
• Assist in tracking how data is used in business processes and reporting to inform system changes.
• Support the development of technical documentation and maintain key operational content in internal wikis.
• Work with the AI team to structure documentation for better discovery and interaction.
