Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst, IT operations, technology enablement, or similar role.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve outcomes.
• Experience supporting or managing technology projects involving multiple stakeholders, priorities, and dependencies.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications, data workflows, and best practices for system and process documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements related to data systems and process improvements.
• Create and maintain project documentation: charters, requirements, change logs, processes.
• Plan and track projects including goals, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks and status.
• Coordinate with vendors when external partners are involved in project activities.
• Support PMO practices and ensure established project management standards are followed.
• Assist in data inventory and governance efforts.
