Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse operations.
• Experience managing warehouse KPIs and performance metrics.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and NetSuite preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily distribution center operations including receiving, warehousing, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and to quality standards.
• Develop and implement processes to improve productivity, quality, accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs (inventory accuracy, order accuracy, shipping performance, productivity, labor utilization, service levels) and drive improvements.
• Maintain accurate inventory via cycle counts, audits, reconciliations and best practices.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure OSHA and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe work environment.
• Lead safety meetings, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Plan staffing and labor utilization to meet business needs; partner with cross-functional teams for seamless order execution.
• Manage vendor and carrier relationships to support operations.
• Develop and monitor the distribution center budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Present operational reports and KPIs to leadership; participate in strategic planning.
