Job summary

Switch is seeking a Senior Regional Environmental Manager to lead environmental compliance for Atlanta Campus locations, including construction and operations. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Legal, Procurement and regulators to ensure adherence to federal, state and local environmental rules, while supporting growth and project delivery.

You will develop and maintain SPCC/SWPPP/NPDES programs, manage waste and air quality efforts, and drive training and performance metrics across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field and 10+ years in environmental compliance.
• Experience supporting mission critical facilities or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance programs across Atlanta Campus including construction and commissioning.
• Engage regulators, perform permitting, inspections, and compliance assurance.
• Develop SPCC, SWPPP, NPDES and other regulatory plans and reports.
• Manage waste, air quality, water treatment, and chemical management programs.
• Support emergency preparedness and response activities for Atlanta operations.
• Monitor contractor environmental performance and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Legal, Procurement and regulators.
• Develop and implement training and guidance for teams and contractors.
