Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in environmental sciences / engineering or related field or equivalent education desired.
• At least 7 years of related experience in a similar industry.
• Familiarity with CAA, CWA, UPDES, RCRA, EPCRA, CERCLA, SPCC and other environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and drive environmental compliance through education, training, reporting and company initiatives.
• Conduct internal audits and implement best practices to ensure compliance across facilities and quarry operations.
• Develop tools, reports, policies and resources to maintain compliance.
• Champion corporate environmental sustainability goals.
• Coordinate and engage environmental personnel to meet organizational goals.
• Serve as liaison with regulatory agencies on environmental compliance matters.
• Lead teams and delegate tasks; analyze data and create reports.
• Provide field and office support, including audits and field inspections.
