Job summary

Padmore Global Connections LLC is seeking a Human Resources Business Analyst to support Time Management and Labor, HRIS implementations, upgrades, testing and post-launch optimization, including UKG Pro Workforce Management and related HR systems.

This role will drive the rollout of HRSD, Ga@Work dashboards, and data migration tasks across hospital locations while coordinating with IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and PMP certification.
• Minimum 3 years of business analyst experience within an enterprise system serving 4000+ employees.
• Expert user of Power BI and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyses information to determine customer requirements and concerns.
• Performs systems integration and UAT testing as assigned.
• Performs data imports and exports within prescribed timeframes, conducts quality checks for data integrity.
• Maintains and updates CRTs, lookup tables, reference materials, and structures to support changes in configuration and rules.
• Collaborates with IT and other stakeholders to resolve problems and provide solutions.
