This position is located in Fort Eustis, Virginia, and requires a SSBI clearance, a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 10 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: Exeter is seeking a Web Designer to support the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Proponent Office-Army Training Information System (TPO ATIS). The role involves designing and building web pages, supporting Army training and education information systems, and assisting with legacy system transitions to cloud environments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and build web pages using graphics software and tools.
• Create templates, layouts, graphics, animations, and other web materials.
• Support the organization’s external communication strategies.
• Enhance the look and feel of online offerings.
• Develop user interface features, site animation, and special effects.

Qualifications:

• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Experience designing and developing user features and Help systems.

Additional Details: The role is mid-senior level, full-time, within the IT services and consulting industry. Preference for candidates with experience supporting TPO ATIS.
