Position Description: Exeter Government Services is seeking a Senior IT Systems Solution Architect to support our proposed staffing plan for the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Proponent Office-Army Training Information System (T PO ATIS). TPO ATIS supports the development, delivery, and management of Army training and education information systems, supporting applications, and data on behalf of TRADOC in support of its "Training and Leader Development" mission, the Army Campaign Plan, and other Army, Department of Defense (DOD) and Joint doctrine and policies pertaining to the conduct of military operations and the training required to prepare for and execute those operations.
This contract will provide functional analysis, design artifacts, functional reviews, and programming feedback on ATIS development, gathering and subject matter expert (SME) analysis of ATIS requirements, mapping of ATIS and ATIS legacy system requirements for traceability, and minimal support of ATIS legacy system compliance with policy and with functionality sustainment until they are sunset. It will also support repositioning and repackaging of legacy systems, as well as support actions of the ATIS legacy systems sunset working group.
