Job summary

On Location, a leading experiential hospitality company and a unit of TKO Group Holdings, seeks an Account Manager to provide athletic travel support for universities, coaches, athletes and staff. The role is fully remote within the United States.

You will arrange air, hotel, and car bookings, manage group travel and invoicing, and deliver exceptional service via phone and email while supporting regional management.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Sabre GDS with preferred five years travel agency experience.
• Air, car, and hotel booking experience.
• Knowledge of airline exchanges, individual and group pricing records.
• Knowledge of general office PC-based programs, including Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong judgement and decision-making skills.
• Ability to produce accurate work under stress of ticketing deadlines.
• Fast thinking and professional customer service skills.
• Exceptional verbal and communication skills.
• Proven competence in managing multiple tasks concurrently.
• Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly.

Responsibilities

• Arrange all aspects of athletic team travel including group contract air, group hotel block, and charter bus bookings.
• Calculate and perform exchanges including group and individual travel, both domestic and international.
• Manage group hotel and bus invoicing to meet monthly deadlines.
• Understand Anthony Travel Group Airline Benefits.
• Understand Anthony Travel Preferred Bus and Hotel Programs.
• Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers via phone and email correspondence.
• Support the Regional Manager with administrative and day-to-day tasks across the other schools in their portfolio.

THE ROLE

The Account Manager provides athletic travel support for the university, providing the highest personal service to coaches, athletes, and staff members. The ideal candidate is dependable, and punctual with domestic and international group and individual travel experience. Fully remote, working in the United States.

Hiring Rate Minimum:$48,750 annually(minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:$65,000 annually
