Job summary

Massachusetts Bay Community College in the Greater Boston area is seeking an Athletics Fellow to support the Athletics Department and Recreation & Wellness Center. This part-time, non-unit position will assist with operations, recruiting, and student engagement across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in intercollegiate athletics or campus recreation.
• Familiarity with NJCAA/NCAA policies.
• Experience coordinating admissions or student retention initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of the Athletics Department.
• Maintain and update team schedules, rosters, and statistics.
• Assist with recruiting activities and student-athlete communications.
• Help coordinate calendars, events, and logistics.
• Support coaches with day-to-day needs and outreach.
• Support Athletics website, social media, and digital content.
• Provide coverage for Recreation & Wellness Center operations.
• Assist with emerging programs, including Unified Sports and esports.
