Job summary

The Town of Garner, NC is seeking responsible and energetic individuals to support athletics staff at Avery Street and Garner Recreation Centers. Responsibilities include supervising programs and facilities, field supervision, game preparation, and participant registration, with some office duties.

Hours are daytime, evenings and weekends, with a flexible schedule averaging 5 to 15 hours per week. CPR and First Aid are required or must be obtained within 6 months.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience and efficiency using a computer is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise programs and facilities during activities.
• Assist with field supervision and game preparation.
• Support participant registration and some office tasks.
