Albany State University is seeking a Federal Work Study - Athletics Broadcast & Digital Media Assistant to support production and execution of livestream broadcasts for varsity events, gaining hands-on experience in sports broadcasting and live event production.

The role involves operating cameras, assisting with graphics and audio, preparing commentary, and helping organize and archive digital media assets on a part-time, temporary basis at the Albany campus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with livestream production for home athletic events.
• Operate cameras during live broadcasts.
• Assist with graphics, scoreboard operation, replay systems, and broadcast software.
• Support audio setup and operation for livestreams.
• Assist with play-by-play and color commentary preparation.
• Capture video highlights and post-game content.
• Help set up, test, troubleshoot, and break down broadcast equipment.
• Maintain and organize digital media equipment and files.
• Support special projects and video production initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
