Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 1–3 years of frontline fundraising experience.
• Proven ability to solicit and close annual cash gifts at defined levels.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication about higher education and Jesuit tradition.

Responsibilities

• Solicit alumni and parents for annual leadership gifts ranging from $10K to $249K.
• Manage a portfolio of ~150 athletics donors and prospects with defined activity goals.
• Collaborate with gift planning, athletics, school development, and organizational giving teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase annual cash giving and donor stewardship.
• Support donor benefits, event planning, and database management.
