Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with two years HR experience, or six years total.
• Experience in HR operations and customer service.
• Experience with payroll auditing or similar financial processes.
• Commitment to advancing inclusion and equity in HR practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with collaboration focus.
• Passion for college athletics and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle HR support for Athletics Department employees.
• Advise on hiring, onboarding, compensation, leaves, performance management, and exits.
• Support recruitment with inclusive sourcing and interview guidance.
• Provide complex HR consultations on policy and employment law.
• Lead employee relations investigations and resolution efforts.
• Drive onboarding/offboarding and payroll auditing activities.
• Collaborate on diversity, equity, inclusion initiatives.
