Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Sports Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of job-related experience in administrative and business operations.
• Experience utilizing various financial management systems and platforms.
• Previous experience in athletic administration or coordination preferred.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, with previous experience in collegiate athletics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support planning and implementation of athletic operation initiatives and facility rentals.
• Process operational purchases, invoicing, and contracting; monitor budget and equipment delivery.
• Support revenue tracking and financial performance analysis related to tickets, merchandise, and travel.
• Coordinate weekly competitions, post-season events, and officiating logistics; assist with cost analysis and forecasting.
• Process personnel transactions for part-time hourly employees for athletics activities.
