Stanford University’s Department of Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation is seeking an Assistant Athletics Director, Fan Experience. This onsite, full-time exempt role will plan and execute live-event presentations, fan cultivation activities, and experiences that engage ticketed sports audiences.

You will coordinate with LSJUMB, Cheer and other spirit groups and lead a diverse team of staff and contractors to deliver exceptional game day experiences.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree; five years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong project and event management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead diverse staff and contingent labor.
• Experience managing complex event budgets with strong analytics.
• Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Serve as project manager of multiple activities, scope out tasks and guide the team to create schedules and milestones.
• Oversee the management of event teams and production consultants to deliver high-quality events.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external university partners.
• Represent the department in cross-departmental project meetings.
• Act as account manager on deliverables, program metrics and status reports.
