• Manage cleanliness and maintenance with ¾-time, part-time, and student staff.
• Submit work orders for painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and related issues; follow up on resolutions.
• Coordinate athletic event facility setups and logistics with staff.
• Guide student and non-student employees; ensure accountability and performance.
• Pursue personal and professional development through seminars and study.
