Job summary

You will assist senior athletics staff with home event operations across all sports (except Swimming and Diving), coordinate with coaches, security, vendors, and university stakeholders, and help plan ACC Championships and NCAA postseason events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain budgets and policy directives during planning and decision making for facilities operations.
• Manage daily operations, scheduling of athletic venues and fields for assigned sports.
• Research vendors for facilities, operations, and event purchases; handle requests and PO coordination.
• Coordinate building access, security with university and contract personnel; update access lists.
• Assist in planning and executing home events and championships; liaison with coaches, staff, spectators, and stakeholders.
