Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in athletic ticketing, event operations, or sales.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ticketing systems (HomeTown).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee external administrative processes related to revenue generation.
• Enhance fan experience, increase athletic event attendance, and support financial sustainability.
• Oversee all ticketing operations and event admissions for the Athletics Department and NAIA World Series host.
• Support recruitment and retention of students.
