Job summary

Utah Valley University Athletics is seeking an Assistant Equipment Manager to ensure teams have the gear, uniforms, and resources needed for practices and competitions. You will issue, maintain, and distribute equipment, coordinate laundry, manage inventory, and support game-day operations, assisting with travel preparations.

This hands-on role offers exposure to NCAA Division I athletics, working with coaches, staff, and student-athletes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation with a high school diploma or GED.
• Degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• Experience related to equipment management or athletics operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with coaches, staff, and student-athletes.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment and uniforms for assigned sports, including fitting and distribution.
• Maintain inventory and asset tracking for athletic gear.
• Coordinate laundry and equipment maintenance.
• Support game-day, practice, and travel preparations.
• Supervise student staff and assist with admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
