Qualifications

• Graduation with a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience related to the duties and responsibilities of the position.
• Well-developed organizational skills, including inventory management and recordkeeping.
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of individuals and contribute positively to a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skills in coordinating game preparation.

Responsibilities

• Equipment and Uniform Management: Assist in the planning, distribution, collection, and lifecycle management of uniforms, practice gear, and athletic equipment for assigned sports programs.
• Inventory Control and Asset Tracking: Support inventory control processes and asset-tracking systems to maintain accurate records.
• Laundry, Cleaning, and Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate equipment maintenance, laundry operations, and the organization of athletic storage areas.
• Operational and Event Support: Provide day-to-day operational support for athletic programs, including equipment setup and breakdown for practices, competitions, camps, and events.
• Student Staff Supervision and Administrative Support: Assist in training and supervising student employees and work-study staff; support departmental administrative functions.
• Perform other job-related duties, as assigned
