• Assist head coach with practice planning, contest management, recruiting, and fundraising.
• Track program hours to comply with FLSA maximums.
• Maintain ethical conduct and enforce appropriate behavior from team personnel.
• Represent the program at department meetings in the head coach's absence.
• Perform other duties as requested.
