Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision and leadership for Hawken Athletics across all campuses.
• Develop an athletics strategy balancing excellence with broad participation and development.
• Oversee coaching recruitment, development, and performance evaluation.
• Manage athletics operations, scheduling, events, and facilities coordination.
• Ensure compliance with governing bodies and school policies.
• Foster inclusive culture and cross-divisional collaboration in Hawken athletics.
