Aramark is hiring a Concessions Worker at Auburn University to support concessions operations during events. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare simple foods, and ensure high quality and safety standards.

The role requires reliability, ability to multi-task, and the stamina to stand for long periods in a busy stadium kitchen setting. Training provided and opportunities to learn across concession stations.

Formación

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Time management skills.
• Excellent customer service.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the food service industry.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended time periods, up to 6-8 hours.
• Must be able to safely operate all kitchen equipment.
• Must be able to read and follow recipes.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal directions.
• Crosstrain at other stations at the location.
• Work in other areas or departments as needed.
• Completion of any task requested by a supervisor or member of the Aramark management team.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting guests and taking orders for food and beverages.
• Preparing simple foods and beverages per recipes and standards.
• Accepting payment and making change.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.
• Memorizing product menus at each concession location.
• Assist in cleaning up and breaking down at event end.
• Meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
• Cook and package foods prepared to order or kept warm.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Receive verbal orders from front counter staff.
• Maintain quality and production standards for all menu items.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in work areas.
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment (grills, fryers, ovens).
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized.
