Job summary

Oakland University invites applications for the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance to oversee athletic rules and compliance within the department, ensuring adherence to NCAA regulations and university policies.

This full-time role requires at least two years of collegiate athletics administration experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, and excellent oral and written communication abilities. Master’s or JD degrees and experience with Teamworks Compliance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in collegiate athletics administration.
• Perform all job duties in a manner consistent with NCAA conference and University rules, regulations, ordinances, policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
