Job summary

Oklahoma Baptist University seeks an Assistant Director of Compliance to oversee daily athletic compliance operations and ensure NCAA, conference, and institutional policy adherence. The role involves monitoring CARA activities, eligibility, visits, and scholarship budgets, while training coaches and staff on NCAA rules.

Preferred candidates have relevant NCAA compliance experience and a bachelor’s degree; master’s or JD are a plus.

Qualifications

• Computer skills including word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to lift 25 lb.
• Knowledge of Compliance Assistant.
• Knowledge of ARMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of athletic compliance.
• Monitor NCAA, conference and institutional eligibility requirements.
• Track and monitor all recruiting activities of coaches.
• Educate coaches, student-athletes, staff, faculty, and boosters on NCAA policies.
