The role involves eligibility reviews, CARA monitoring, scholarship tracking, and educating coaches and staff on compliance requirements.

The position requires a bachelor's degree and knowledge of Compliance Assistant and ARMS, with a preference for advanced degrees.

Qualifications

• Computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to lift 25 lb.
• Knowledge of Compliance Assistant.
• Knowledge of ARMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of athletic compliance.
• Check NCAA, conference and institutional eligibility for student-athletes.
• Monitor CARA activities to ensure NCAA compliance.
• Monitor official and unofficial visits by recruits.
• Track athletic scholarship budgets and recruiting activities.
• Educate coaches, student-athletes, staff, faculty, and boosters on NCAA policies.
