ADP is seeking a highly motivated Coach to join our team in Chicago, IL. You will lead and develop athletes to reach their full potential, working closely with the team to build camaraderie and a culture of excellence.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Athletics or related field and 5+ years coaching at high school or college level; preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, coaching certification, and leadership development experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Athletics, Sports Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience coaching athletes at the high school or college level.
Proven track record of developing successful athletes and teams.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

Develop and implement training programs that help athletes improve their skills and reach their full potential.
Provide individualized attention and coaching to each athlete, helping them to identify and overcome their weaknesses.
Build a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie among the team, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
Collaborate with other coaches and staff to develop and implement strategies for success.
Monitor and evaluate athlete performance, providing feedback and making adjustments as needed.
