Job summary

ADP is seeking a highly motivated Coach to join our team in Chicago, IL. You will lead and develop athletes to reach their full potential, working closely with the team to build camaraderie and a culture of excellence.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Athletics or related field and 5+ years coaching at high school or college level; preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, coaching certification, and leadership development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs that help athletes improve their skills and reach their full potential.
• Provide individualized attention and coaching to each athlete, helping them to identify and overcome their weaknesses.
• Build a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie among the team, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to develop and implement strategies for success.
• Monitor and evaluate athlete performance, providing feedback and making adjustments as needed.
