Job summary

University of Hawai‘i Foundation seeks an Associate Director of ‘Bows Athletics Club and Stewardship at UH Mānoa Athletics. Based on the UH Mānoa campus, the role focuses on developing, coordinating and implementing the club and donor stewardship, supporting the athletics development team and leadership. Travel, evenings, and weekends may be required.

The position reports to the Director of Development and NIL and engages with donors, alumni, and UH leadership to advance fundraising initiatives.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three to five years of progressive experience in non-profit organizations, especially in alumni, development, education, or membership settings, is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or have a reliable alternative means of transportation to perform the duties of the position.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between UHF and UHM Athletics Department to develop, coordinate and implement the ‘Bows Athletics Club Giving Society.
• Build and actively manage a stewardship portfolio of UHM Athletics donors, with a focus on annual gifts of $100 through $9,999.
• Build, manage and strengthen relationships and communications with donors, alumni and UHM Athletics Leadership to advance initiatives.
