Job summary

Regis College seeks an Associate Director of Athletics for Student-Athlete Welfare and Compliance to oversee the department's student-athlete support system and ensure NCAA-compliant operations. This role also serves as the Senior Women's Administrator and supervises selected intercollegiate teams and coaching staffs.

Responsibilities include policy development, collaboration with academic support, travel coordination, and graduate assistant onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Prior NCAA compliance experience preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to the academic success and graduation of student-athletes.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Excellent oral and written communication, computer literacy and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing policies and procedures to develop quality, competitive athletic teams and support student-athletes' educational goals.
• Collaborate with academic support and campus partners for student-athlete retention.
• Supervise selected intercollegiate teams and coaching staff; serve as Senior Women's Administrator (SWA).
• Coordinate travel logistics for teams (van/bus transport for competitions and training).
• Lead onboarding and professional development for graduate assistants; organize campus visits and hiring processes.
