Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Experience as an assistant coach preferred.
• Experience in student services or Residence Hall Manager preferred.
• 2–3 years supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Commercial Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and supervision of practices, scouting, and recruiting.
• Coaching of student athletes during competition.
• Serve as on-site Residence Hall staff member responsible for administration and safety.
• Liaise with Sports Information Director (SID) for media and visibility.
• Collaborate with coaches, Dean of Students & Athletics, Campus Safety and other departments.
