Job summary

Cowley College seeks an Assistant Coach/Dorm Manager - Baseball to live on campus and support both athletic and housing operations. The role combines coaching duties with dorm supervision, student mentorship, and event planning.

You will recruit, train, and guide student athletes while ensuring housing policies are followed and activities run smoothly. You will report to the Head Coach and Director of Housing, coordinate travel, manage equipment, and supervise Resident Assistants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience coaching baseball.
• Experience in dorm management or housing operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in managing and directing the men’s baseball team.
• Coach fundamentals and techniques as directed by the Head Coach.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and organize game-day logistics.
• Oversee dormitory supervision, events, and student activities.
• Mentor Resident Assistants and train staff in housing policies.
