Job summary

Hill Country Christian School of Austin is seeking an Athletics Operations Administrator to support the Athletics Director and department staff. You will perform data entry for schedules, rosters, and facility reservations across multiple systems, while ensuring compliance with TAPPS/CAPPS rules and school policies.

You will help build a culture centered on Christ-like character, coordinate communications, and manage travel, events, and vendor relations to support all sports programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Athletics Administration, or related field required.
• 1–3 years of experience in athletics, operations, event management, or administration.
• Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple schedules and bookings.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and athletic scheduling or ticketing platforms; accounting software (Sage, Ramp) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Athletics Director and department staff.
• Enter sport schedules, player information, rosters, and facility reservations in multiple systems.
• Monitor TAPPS and CAPPS rules and school policies.
• Foster a Christ-centered culture emphasizing character and discipleship.
• Manage social media content and coordinate communications for the athletics program.
• Schedule photos, coordinate with coaches and parents, and manage letter jacket vendor.
