You will lead conditioning programs, perform on-site injury care, manage medical records, and educate communities about safety.

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience and hold AT licensure, AT-Cert, and BLS, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Formación

• 1-3 years of athletic training experience required.
• Proficiency in injury assessment and rehabilitation planning.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in sports medicine.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and assist physicians in pre-season physical examinations.
• Develop conditioning programs to prevent injuries and enhance performance.
• Provide on-site evaluation and treatment for injuries during events and practices.
• Apply protective devices and facilitate referrals for advanced care.
• Collaborate with coaches and healthcare professionals to design rehabilitation plans.
• Conduct education sessions for coaches, athletes, and parents on injury prevention and management.
• Maintain detailed athlete evaluations, treatments and progress records.
• Promote Sports Medicine services through outreach programs and community events.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and maintain certifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
